Client Service Ambassador Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customers professionally across all channels
  • Respond promptly and clearly to customer queries and service needs
  • Deliver a premium service experience and represent company standards
  • Maintain and update client interactions in the CRM system
  • Offer insights, tips, and product knowledge to support client goals
  • Build meaningful connections with clients to encourage return visits and trust
  • Recommend solutions in a sincere and helpful manner
  • Take ownership in resolving client issues and service recovery
  • Work closely with the team to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Support Basic Retail Operations:
