Job Title:

HR Manager

Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resource function, including recruitment, employee management, and work pass renewals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing full spectrum of HR duties.
  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews and assist with recruitment decision-making.
  • Oversight of the onboarding process, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation and monitoring probationary performance.
  • Leave and benefit claims administration.
  • Assist with Employment Pass applications and renewals, monitor expiration dates and handle timely submissions.
  • Timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A.
  • Submission of Government Survey.
  • Statutory claims such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave and more.

Your qualifications for this role should include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions.
  • Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
