Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives for the assigned region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, markets, and partnerships within the region that align with the company's goals. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to support strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, partnerships, preferably in a regional role. They should possess a strong understanding of the assigned market and business culture. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion. An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities is also crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives for the assigned region.
  • Identify new opportunities, markets, and partnerships within the region that align with the company's goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between the company's offerings and market needs.
  • Prepare and present strategic proposals, reports, and insights to senior management.
  • Negotiate and facilitate partnerships, alliances, and agreements to optimize resources and maximize value for the company.
  • Monitor competitor activities and trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster new relationships.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, preferably in a regional role (preferably in Japan, Korea, China).
  • Strong understanding of the assigned market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location.
