Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Supervise and participate in the execution of commercial strategies and associated actions.
- Manage client feedback and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Credit Control team to ensure efficient credit management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's ports and marine laws.
- Business acumen and a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
