Cancer Screening Assistant Job

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in making a difference in the fight against cancer. This key role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Operations Management
    • Support daily clinic operations, including triaging screeners and managing supplies.
    • Prepare and process patient results, letters, and screening reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Vendor Coordination
    • Liaise with laboratories and suppliers to ensure smooth clinic operations.
    • Manage donations received at the clinic and assist with other office-related tasks.
  • Call Management & Client Support
    • Answer and manage clinic calls and enquiries with a focus on one-stop resolution.
    • Book, update, or cancel appointments via the SCS LEAP system.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in clinic operations is an advantage.
