**About the Role**

You will play a vital role at the department of cancer education and information services in providing timely and reliable cancer information to patients, healthcare professionals and the community through comprehensive and well-planned programmes & services. As a Senior / Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and evaluating patient and public cancer education events and programmes.

**Some of the Key Responsibilities Include**
- Work with various internal & external stakeholders to successfully execute and evaluate community outreach and public cancer education events & programmes
- Oversee and ensure a smooth running of the logistics required from pre-event, actual event to post-event
- Provide support in the development and production of related cancer education materials
- Collate monthly reports and statistics for cancer education programmes & events
- Participate in process improvement work group and projects to evaluate processes & effectiveness of cancer education programmes & materials

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in events and project management
- Resourceful, meticulous and organized with good coordination, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays when necessary
