Lung Cancer Consortium Singapore (LCCS) has a team of coordinators supporting both research and education activities nationwide, including the large-scale National Lung Cancer Research (NLCR) study.

This study supports lung cancer program under the NMRC large collaborative grant. Other than lung cancer projects, the team also coordinates other thoracic and head & neck cancer studies which are under the care of the same group of oncologists. Each team member will take on specific projects and at the same time works as a team to support each other.

We are currently looking for a dedicated associate research coordinator to join the team to assist with the patient recruitment, sample collection/processing, and data collection activities.

**Job Requirements**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and process bio-specimens
- Maintain sample inventories
- Collect clinical data and manage database
- Coordinate and manage projects
- Report progress to supervisor and present at meetings
- Any other duties required and assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Health/life Sciences, or other relevant Science field.
- Phlebotomy skill is an added advantage
- Strong interest in clinical and translational research
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and detailed oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
