You will manage the day-to-day clinical administration and operation activities to support the clinical and research teams of Cancer Genetics Service under the Division of Medical Oncology. You will work closely with clinical and research teams to ensure accurate information is delivered.

Your duties will include:

- Assist in appointment bookings and triage urgent case referrals
- Communicate relevant clinical information with various stakeholders
- Obtain patient’s personal and family history and construct patient pedigrees prior to appointments
- Manage reports, perform data entry and analysis
- Participate in development of patient education materials, service awareness and patient support
- Maintain inventories of equipment and resource materials
- Calendaring and scheduling of meetings
- Performs other duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- Degree holder in Biology / Genetics / Life Sciences / Psychology or related field with working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
- An interest in genomic medicine and / or genetic counselling with prior experience in database and research would be an advantage
- Possess strong administrative, problem-solving, written and communication skills
- Meticulous team player with the ability to handle confidential information, work independently and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
