Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Perform hardware and software inventory management
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues
  • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
  • Resolve and update incidents within SLA, update stakeholders for S1/P1 cases, and update KB with solution provided
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Windows 2019 and RHEL Server management is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, VIP, and Windows 7
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
