Customer Support Role at Wargaming Asia

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a passion for gaming.

Job Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist will provide players with top-notch support for WARGAMING.NET products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to player inquiries promptly and professionally in Chinese Language
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical/gaming issues related to gaming products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Documenting player interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our gaming products and staying updated on industry trends
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward players at all times
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese Language
  • Prior experience in front-line service or customer service industry
  • Ability to stay calm when players are stressed or upset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
  • Willingness to work on weekends and in office
  • High School Graduate, Associates Degree preferred
  • Interest in joining the gaming industry
Preferred Skills:

Bonus points if you have:

  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
  • Passion for games, especially Wargaming products
Compensation and Benefits:

This role comes with a competitive salary of SGD 4,200 per month (estimated), along with a range of benefits tailored to the local market and culture.
