Job Description

LINDE GAS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Electronic Gases Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive ESG revenue growth in the country
  • Grow revenue with existing customers through new products and services, leveraging strong relationships
  • Identify potential customers in the electronics segment and position Linde's offerings
  • Become an expert in internal processes, operations, and industry news
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders for new products
  • Connect with key decision makers within customer organizations from commercial and technical perspectives
  • Monitor competitors and understand local and regional competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Manage ESG product responsibilities to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Strong execution skills, motivation, and partnership building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Customer relationship building skills
  • Good ESG product knowledge, including hazard classifications, chemical properties, and compatibilities
  • Business or technical degree/training preferred, with minimum 3 years experience in electronic gases, preferably in equipment business for wafer fab manufacturing and gas-related industries
  • Financial skills with a strong analytical approach
  • Fluent written and spoken English for communication with customers
  • Able to travel and possess a driving license
About the Role

This role offers a challenging opportunity to grow ESG revenue and expand our presence in the electronics segment. As an Electronic Gases Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, growing revenue, and building strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
