Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team at NEW POWER WORLDWIDE PTE. LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, soliciting new business with existing clients and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in the electronics industry. You will focus on developing new accounts and expanding our customer base across the APAC region. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop new accounts and expand our customer base across the APAC region.
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Proactively call assigned accounts to solicit new business.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ensure the entire sales process is done with a high level of urgency and accuracy to exceed customer needs/expectations: RFQ, quote, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Accurately document and update prospecting activity and new sales opportunities in our propriety CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of Sales experiences, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range: SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
