Job Title: Marketing & Audience Development Manager

National Arts Council (NAC) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Audience Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing & Audience Development department, you will play a crucial role in advocating and amplifying the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support NAC's branding, marketing, and audience development objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of NAC's digital touchpoints, including social media channels, corporate website, and EDM platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize NAC's social media platforms and expand reach and deepen engagement across various audiences.
  • Partner with NAC's Technology and Innovation team to ensure that NAC's corporate website is compliant with IM8 and aligned to Government's Digital Service Standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in marketing or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience and/or expertise in the latest digital technologies and techniques managing websites and content management systems (CMS).
  • Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Proven success with SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent data and metric analysis abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about local arts and culture.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and management skills.
