Marketing & Audience Development Manager

NAC's Marketing & Audience Development department plays a vital role in promoting the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Council and its parent Ministry to provide strategic counsel in the areas of marketing communications, highlighting the Council's role as champion of the arts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, review, and implement marketing initiatives to support branding, marketing, and audience development objectives.
- Work on branding, creative campaigns, and messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for the Council and its programmes, projects, and initiatives.
- Identify new marketing trends and growth opportunities to support and advance the Council's work.
- Provide strategic counsel to designated accounts in the areas of branding, marketing campaign management, and administrative protocols.
- Plan and implement holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies and campaigns that support and profile the work of the Council.
- Maintain strong relationships with creative and marketing agencies, media buying agencies, marketing partners, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, media, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, brand management, digital marketing, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the arts and culture.
- Good networking capabilities.
- Strong organisational, project management, and management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
