Marketing and Audience Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Audience Development Coordinator to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to showcase our efforts in championing arts creation, appreciation, and consumption.
Key Responsibilities- Support agency liaison for marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
- Assist with NAC corporate site's social media management to maintain a strong online presence.
- Gain experience in project implementation and audience engagement through hands-on involvement in campaign management.
- Manage website content and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Curate NAC's monthly newsletter to keep stakeholders informed about our initiatives.
- Create engaging content for staff events on social media to foster a sense of community.
- Provide a Gen-Z perspective on TikTok content to ensure relevance and appeal to our target audience.
- Review Catch Creators' content and potential new creators to maintain high standards.
- Assist with community management and editorial proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop marketing strategy and implementation skills through hands-on experience.
- Improve content creation and storytelling skills through creative writing and visual content development.
- Enhance stakeholder and community management skills through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Develop brand representation skills through consistent and accurate representation of our brand.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong desire to learn and professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Procreate, Lightroom).
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. R, Python, VBA) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Team player with a passion for the Arts is advantageous.
