About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing and Audience Development Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to showcase our efforts in championing arts creation, appreciation, and consumption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management
    • Support agency liaison for marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
    • Assist with the management of NAC's corporate site's social media presence to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
    • Gain experience in project implementation and audience engagement through the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Content
    • Manage website content and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Curate NAC's monthly newsletter to showcase our latest news and updates.
    • Create engaging content for staff events on social media to foster a sense of community and connection.
  • Catch Platform
    • Provide a Gen-Z perspective on TikTok content to ensure relevance and appeal to our target audience.
    • Review Catch Creators' content and potential new creators to ensure alignment with our brand values.
    • Assist with community management and editorial proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Skills Development
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve our goals.
    • Create engaging content and storytelling to capture the attention of our audience.
    • Manage stakeholders and community relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Represent the NAC brand in a professional and positive manner.
    Requirements
    • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Strong desire to learn and professional drive.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
    • Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Procreate, Lightroom).
    • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. R, Python, VBA) is advantageous.
    • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
    • Team player with a passion for the Arts is advantageous.
