We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Audience Development Manager to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our Marketing and Audience Development department, you will play a critical role in advocating for and amplifying the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts.

You will work closely with our team and external stakeholders to provide strategic counsel and support in the areas of marketing communications, highlighting our role as champion of the arts. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing initiatives and campaigns to grow arts audience attendance and participation, as well as advocating for the appreciation of the value of the arts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to attract, sustain, and retain diverse audience segments
  • Work with departments within our organization and external stakeholders to initiate, implement, and manage marketing communications initiatives
  • Analyze audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and report on audience metrics and performance of marketing initiatives
  • Provide strategic counsel to designated accounts in the areas of branding, marketing campaign management, and administrative protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital, and marketing communications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management
