Job Summary

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can provide top-notch customer service and administrative support to our team. As an Assistant Manager - Customer Service & Admin, you will be responsible for achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing administration and human resource support to the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • To process order information in a timely manner and ensure proper coordination with customers and internal operations/transport teams.
  • To conduct internal trainings and provide relevant administrative support.
  • To develop customer satisfaction goals and communicate with the department regularly.
  • To supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • To record and analyze customer needs and problems, and provide timely feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in logistics industry, preferably in a healthcare or medical related environment.
  • Self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy.
