Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service experiences, ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation, and support our teachers, students, and parents.
About the Role
- This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of SGD $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Process and manage documentation accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines where possible.
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences, fostering strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
Working Days and Hours
5 working days, weekdays from 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm and weekends from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.
