We are SUNGAI INDUSTRIAL (S) CO PTE LTD, a reputable Garment Accessory Company located near Bugis. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Retail/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical duties for managers, providing support to vendors and customers, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing store inventory, tracking shipments, and monitoring store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering queries efficiently
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating Excel spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote retail sales
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and experience in data entry and accounting. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Skills and Qualifications- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
