Job Overview
MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer - Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and reception duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception counter, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to our team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the reception counter and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, either in person or over the phone, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Assisting with general office administrative tasks, such as receiving and directing mail/packages and goods.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, as required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience in administrative work using MS Office would be advantageous. Relevant working experience in a school setting would also be beneficial.
