We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in various aspects of our business.

About the Role
The Administrative Support Officer will be responsible for managing office administration tasks and HR matters. This includes supporting the Admin Assistant in day-to-day office operations while ensuring smooth HR processes. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify the best-fit candidates;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and prepare offer letters and employment contracts;
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to optimize hiring processes;
  • Managing daily HR operations, such as record maintenance and filing;
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programs;
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative matters;
  • Organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Providing support for employee exit processes and terminations;
  • Ensuring HR policies and documentation adhere to regional regulatory standards;
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and assisting in preparing reports as required;
  • Supporting the finance team with payroll processing and benefits administration;
  • Supporting in general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations;
  • Coordinating office supplies and equipment procurement, maintaining inventory levels;
  • Managing office facilities, including handling maintenance requests;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum diploma in business administration, human resources, or related fields. Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience is required. You should also have basic to intermediate understanding of HR processes and administrative duties. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, and a proactive, adaptable team player with a positive attitude.

Benefits and Working Hours
This role offers an estimated salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours may be required. A 5-month contract from Jan/Feb 2025 is available.
