Overview
AVIATION SAFETY AND TRAINING PTE. LTD. seeks a Customer Support Specialist to join its Customer Services Division. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced customer-facing environments and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary: SGD 4,000 - 5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, performing frontline services, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting visitors, determining the nature of their visit, and directing them to the proper waiting area.
  • Responding to general enquiries and feedback.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer rapport.
  • Making outbound calls to customers and/or responding to customer emails.


Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer and/or administrative service.
  • Prior working experience in aviation industry/hospitality/customer service experience is highly advantageous.
  • High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in administrative procedures.
  • A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
