Job Overview:
MING WAH (SINGAPORE) AGENCY PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mail and Delivery Management: Coordinate the sending, collection, and distribution of mails and deliveries.
  • Meeting Room Management: Ensure meeting rooms are available and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book air tickets, hotels, and assist with visa applications when required.
  • Filing and Inventory Management: Maintain an organized filing system and keep records of office item inventory.
  • Corporate Gifts: Arrange for corporate gift bookings and purchases.
  • Pantry Supplies: Manage the purchase and stock of pantry items, such as coffee, tissues, and paper.
  • Stationery Management: Oversee the purchase, inventory, and management of office stationery.
  • Reimbursement Processing: Process reimbursements for administrative-related expenses.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of office facilities, including maintenance of plants, drinking water, and drainage systems.
  • Internal System Documentation: Assist with internal system documentation and reporting.
  • Staff Meal Expenses: Coordinate meal bookings, distribution, and reimbursements for staff meal expenses.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a well-groomed and professional appearance. Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
