Nanyang Institute of Management Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Student Service Executive to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are a premier education provider in the region, established in 2001. Our mission is to nurture our students and achieve academic excellence. As a Student Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in administering student services and providing exceptional support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student admissions, withdrawals, course completions, attendance tracking, and payment processes.
  • Operate the front desk, handle walk-in customers, student inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests.
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries related to courses.
  • Coordinate school administrative matters between departments.
  • Provide assistance to the Head of Department and lecturers as needed.
  • Assist with departmental responsibilities such as marketing workshops, outreach, student orientation, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Department Manager or Vice President, Academic.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or GCE 'A' level holder.
  • Two years of relevant working experience in an international private education institution.
  • A good track record in the service industry with a passion for customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

Salary Estimate: S$45,000 - S$55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
