Job Opportunity at Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology PTE. LTD.

The Student Admissions Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the student journey from initial inquiry through to successful enrollment at Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology PTE. LTD.

This position serves as the primary touchpoint for prospective students, parents, and education partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process while maintaining high service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process new student applications from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation
  • Review and verify application documents according to admission criteria
  • Prepare and issue offer letters to successful applicants
  • Handle student pass applications for international students
  • Conduct pre-enrollment briefings for new students

Documentation and Records:

  • Maintain accurate student records in the College database system
  • Process student withdrawals and deferrals
  • Generate enrollment reports and statistics
  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies
  • Update student information and status changes

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Respond to admission inquiries from prospective students and parents
  • Coordinate with recruitment agents on application status updates
  • Liaise with government authorities (ICA, SEAB, CMPB) for student matters
  • Provide updates to relevant departments on enrollment status

Administrative Support:

  • Arrange student orientation programs
  • Assist in planning recruitment activities and admission events
  • Support document verification processes
  • Prepare weekly status reports on application processing
  • Handle administrative tasks related to student admissions

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree OR a Diploma with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in managing student records and applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel for student data management), Google Workspace, and database management systems
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities

Estimated Salary: SGD $4,500 - SGD $5,500 per month
