About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive, Customer Experience Center at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational excellence of the Customer Experience Centre (CEC), ensuring seamless customer engagements and memorable experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong business and customer relationships, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging technology solutions to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Oversee CEC Tours, providing visitors with a comprehensive understanding of our brand and products.
- Manage stock inventory, maintain a clean and organized CEC environment, and support administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven track record in customer service, with a strong background in building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Creative and innovative mindset, capable of continuously exploring ways to enhance customer experiences.
- Comprehensive understanding of our Business Units' messaging and strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate BU messaging and convey relevant information during tours.
- Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and creating a lasting impression.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and be an effective team player.
- Experience in implementing operational improvement initiatives is preferred.
