About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive, Customer Experience Center at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational excellence of the Customer Experience Centre (CEC), ensuring seamless customer engagements and memorable experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong business and customer relationships, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging technology solutions to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee CEC Tours, providing visitors with a comprehensive understanding of our brand and products.
  • Manage stock inventory, maintain a clean and organized CEC environment, and support administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer service, with a strong background in building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, capable of continuously exploring ways to enhance customer experiences.
  • Comprehensive understanding of our Business Units' messaging and strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate BU messaging and convey relevant information during tours.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and creating a lasting impression.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and be an effective team player.
  • Experience in implementing operational improvement initiatives is preferred.
