About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the PRISM+ team as a Customer Experience Executive. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to complex customer inquiries, complaints, and VIP cases in a timely and professional manner via various contact channels.
  2. Escalation and Resolution: Review and resolve escalated cases, providing advice and guidance to frontline agents to ensure seamless customer experience.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify emerging product issues, provide insights to the Team Leader, and work collaboratively to design and implement solutions.
  5. Quality Assurance: Audit works submitted by agents to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Fluent, professional English language skills, with the ability to speak another local language (Tamil, Malay, Chinese) a plus
  • Previous experience in a contact center, particularly in technical support and e-commerce
  • Basic understanding of consumer electronics and smart appliances
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology
  • Ability to think critically, make informed decisions, and drive results
