About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Treasury systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT changes and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform application configuration and enhancements to meet business requirements
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in application development and support on Treasury systems
  • Strong knowledge of banking and operations, preferably on Treasury products
  • Experience with Kondor+ or similar Treasury applications is a plus
  • Technical skills in SQL, Scripting, and Web Services, with operating infrastructure knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
