About Us

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT Application Support Specialist to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for all applications in Asia, participating in global projects, and developing and validating application designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for all applications in Asia, including ERP and BI systems
• Participate in global projects and future SAP leads for Asia
• Develop and validate application designs, including complex stored procedures and SQL jobs
• Gather feedback from business users and understand their requirements
• Define and validate IT application processes and governance
• Work with regional and global IT teams and vendors
• Assist in project planning and scheduling
• Provide L1-L2 support and training for end-users
• Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science
• Experience in end-user environments with different application technologies, including ERP and BI
• 5+ years of experience in ERP and BI space
• Team player with experience working with multicultural teams and regional exposure
• Proactive and independent
• Good knowledge of business processes and ERP architecture
• Experience working with different modes of integration, including ETL, ELT, and ESB
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL and SSIS
• Understanding of financial reporting and concepts
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Regional travel required
• Experience working in manufacturing domain a plus
• Willingness to learn new applications a plus
