Digital Media Director

Autodesk is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Media Director to lead our Global Paid Media team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, display advertising, and emerging platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media planning and execution, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and meeting business objectives. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of 20+ individuals.
This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, display advertising, and programmatic platforms. The successful candidate will also have experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling, as well as expertise in ad operations, media reporting, and QA.
The Digital Media Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment on budgets, volume, quality, and return goals. They will also be responsible for tracking overall paid media success against key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating results to broader teams.

Salary Range: $148,600 - $240,350 per year
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, either in-house or agency role
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience managing large global teams of at least 25+
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels across SEM, social media, display advertising, and programmatic platforms
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling
- Direct experience with predominant ad platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Adwords, DV360, Demandbase, TradeDesk, YouTube, etc.
- Experience with ad operations, media reporting, and QA, including implementation of UTMs, ad serving, and pixels
- An understanding of the evolving MarTech space to communicate and orchestrate complex campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience using digital media analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
