Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Media Lead to join our team. As a key member of our media planning and strategy department, you will be responsible for leading teams to develop innovative media plans that meet client goals and objectives.

Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through data-driven insights, analyzing complex data, and developing strategic recommendations for brand building and campaigns across paid, owned, and available channels.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative teams, media operations, and activation teams, to ensure flawless execution of strategies and deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of media planning and strategy experience within a paid media agency.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, including audience and channel research, market and sales information, competitive reporting, and more.
  • Strong experience in digital and traditional media from strategy to execution, including a strong understanding of local marketplace dynamics.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to uncover the bigger picture in media objectives and translate this into tactical execution.
  • Strong client management skills and overall attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing large-scale media budgets with excellent financial stewardship.
