Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Senior Active Ageing Program Facilitator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various programs and services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

This key position involves providing essential support services, including befriending and buddying services, as well as coordinating communal meals for seniors. Additionally, the facilitator will act as a social connector, supporting seniors in adhering to health plan recommendations through social and lifestyle interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in eldercare or social services, with a minimum of one year of experience in direct operational roles, particularly in eldercare. Strong administrative and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in eldercare or social services
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct operational roles, especially in eldercare
  • Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with community partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
