Elder Services Manager

At our organization, we strive to provide high-quality eldercare services that meet the unique needs of each individual. The Eldercare Programme Executive plays a vital role in delivering these services within an assigned cluster.
This position involves taking ownership of assigned cluster operations, ensuring all activities and services are delivered smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records with no lapses to support reporting and follow-up actions.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Client Intake and Data Management: Conduct intakes, assessments, and ensure complete and accurate data entry in the system.
- Volunteer Coordination: Liaise with and coordinate volunteers for befriending programmes and community visits.
- Hotline Duty Rotation: Participate in hotline duty rotation, responding promptly and appropriately to calls.
The Eldercare Programme Executive will also facilitate and support events and initiatives that promote elder wellness, coordinate monthly distributions, and support the planning and execution of monthly events and community outreach activities.
