We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as an Elder Support Specialist.

  • Conduct daily health and wellness checks to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Support personal hygiene, mobility, and transfers while maintaining dignity and respect.
  • Lead engaging activities tailored to seniors' abilities, including dementia-friendly programs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment through strict infection control practices.
  • Document observations and update care plans for personalized support.
  • Administer first aid/CPR during emergencies (if certified).
  • Guide junior staff in care techniques and dementia management.
  • Attend training sessions to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Secondary education is required.
  • Proficient English language skills, ideally with a second language or local dialect.
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about elder care.
  • Prior caregiving experience is beneficial.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential.
