Senior Care Division Executive

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering integrated care services to seniors within the sub-region. The position involves coordinating with service providers, including senior care centers, active ageing centers, home personal care, and home therapy services, to create a unified experience for seniors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and Facilitating: Assist in coordinating group lead meetings, ensuring strategic directions and priorities are discussed and aligned.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure seamless care across providers by coordinating communication and logistics between partners.
  • Reporting and Administrative Support: Support the team in submitting quarterly progress reports and claims to relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in healthcare management, social work, gerontology, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare sector, preferably with exposure to healthcare coordination or supporting partnerships.
  • Good understanding of senior care landscape and industry regulations.

Achieve a Balance Between Quality Care and Efficient Service Delivery

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for achieving a balance between providing high-quality care and ensuring efficient service delivery. You will need to navigate complex relationships with service providers, stakeholders, and community groups to achieve desired outcomes.

Candidates Must Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills

Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with seniors, their families, and caregivers. Effective communication is essential in ensuring that care plans are implemented successfully.

Experience in Elder Care Sector Required

Applicants should have at least 2-3 years of experience working in the elder care sector. A background in healthcare coordination or supporting partnerships is highly desirable.
