We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Independent Sales Development Representative to excel in sales roles for B D E TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. As a commission-based position, this opportunity allows you to earn commissions based on the sales you generate.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach

• Conduct door-to-door visits to identify potential customers and introduce our products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional communication skills.

• Identify customer needs and present suitable products to meet their requirements.

• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed set targets.

• Provide top-notch customer service and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report daily progress and sales activities to management for effective tracking and decision-making.

Requirements

We require individuals with proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles who are comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interactions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.

• Self-motivation, a target-driven approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Previous freelance or commission-based experience is highly valued but not necessary.

Salary Information

This is a commission-based position with an estimated average monthly salary of SGD $6,000 - $8,000 based on industry standards and performance expectations.
