Help Desk Support Specialist

As a key member of the Mizuho Bank Singapore Administration Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and field services to our customers. This role involves managing HelpDesk & Field Support, leading and training staff, and performing daily/ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior HelpDesk Manager in leading and managing HelpDesk & Field Support
- Lead/manage/train staffs in both HelpDesk & Field Support and vendors
- Perform/control/manage daily/ad-hoc HelpDesk & Field Support works
- Perform self-checks and report incident status to superiors
- Propose solutions for HelpDesk & Field Support tasks
- Support/control projects related to HelpDesk & Field Support
- Provide solutions to user requests and maintain documentation
- Review and maintain all documentation related to HelpDesk
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Report incidents and status to superiors
- Assist in day-to-day management of HelpDesk & Field Support Team
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving abilities and patience
- Technical proficiency with computer software
- Prior experience in IT support and inventory management
- Business-level proficiency in English
