Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to support the growth of our ETF business in Asia. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that drive business expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in asset management, with a solid understanding of ETF market dynamics. They should also possess strong presentation and communication skills, as well as fluency in English and Mandarin.

  • Index Methodology: Basic knowledge of index methodology and regulatory framework is essential for this role.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary for reviewing and working with materials in Chinese.
