We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Finance Executive **to join our Finance and Accounting team on a 6-month contract basis. This role of a **Finance Executive **is vital in handling day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, with primary focus on accounts receivables.

As a **Finance Executive **, you would be responsible for:

- Handle accounts and receivables processes including generating and sending invoices, monitoring outstanding payments, and managing collections
- Record, verify, and document financial transactions including expense reports, invoices, receipts, vouchers and card transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements and schedules as required
- Assist the Finance team with ad hoc financial and accounting projects as needed

To be successful in this role as a **Finance Executive **, you should have:

- A knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations especially in Singapore
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
