Business Development and Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for expanding data center operations into new countries, in alignment with our overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong interest in data centre operations and business strategy, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategies for expanding data center operations into new countries
  • Oversee all aspects of expansion projects, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competition, and evaluate regulatory landscapes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, regulators, and local authorities
  • Identify and engage with strategic partners to support expansion efforts
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate with partners, vendors, and government agencies
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related field), Business, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in data centre operations and business strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
