- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in any discipline. Additionally, having experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environment will be an advantage.
Requirements:
