Senior Customer Experience Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to oversee customer interactions and drive exceptional service delivery. This leadership position is responsible for managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of customer-facing representatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead by example in delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior customer experience team members.
- Recruit, train, and upskill existing and new customer experience team members.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints.
- Work closely with senior management to implement process improvements and share customer insights.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
