Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
  2. Three to five years of leadership and management experience in customer-service-related roles.
  3. High degree of professionalism in customer service.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  6. Prior experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. The successful candidate will be able to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
