Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders on resource planning and talent acquisition, providing sound HR advice on all strategic people matters.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on delivery of HR services and programmes.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organisations.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, HR organisational policies, processes and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
  • A self-starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn.
