About the Position

Exclusive Networks is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to enhance our people initiatives within the EN business in Singapore, collaborating closely with senior leadership. This role will also extend support throughout the SEAHK region.

In this position, you will deliver top-notch HR guidance to managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Business Partner aiming to advance their career in a nurturing team atmosphere.

You will thrive on cultivating robust relationships across the organization and serve as a subject matter expert in various human resources domains.

This role will report directly to the HR Director APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner focused on enhancing business outcomes through effective people management.
  • Provide operational HR counsel and assistance to business leaders throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Collaborate with leaders to adeptly handle people-related workplace matters, including performance management and misconduct issues, while fostering leadership capabilities.
  • Establish and sustain strong working relationships with your client group and across the broader organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Execute all Global HR initiatives (APR, ACR, Job leveling, Recruitment Strategy, Engagement Survey, Succession Planning, and Talent Review) by partnering, coaching, and educating leaders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage the HR dashboard monthly to proactively identify, analyze, assess, and recommend suitable solutions to business challenges.

Qualifications and Experience | About You

The ideal HR Business Partner:

  • Holds a degree in HR.
  • Possesses substantial HR business partner experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Exhibits a consultative and engaging HR approach with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in working style.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Displays strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to collaborate and thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and growing business environment.
  • Exhibits strong commercial awareness.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
