Senior Business Growth Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to join our organization in Singapore.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of existing client relationships and active pursuit of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish rapport and collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits by utilizing excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and present value propositions, sales proposals, and quotations that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities, resulting in increased revenue growth.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Effectively manage and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure by utilizing project management skills and IT networking knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals by leveraging strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
