Job Title: Business Development Manager - ASEAN Region

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in the ASEAN region. They will lead a regional team of business development specialists who are accountable for developing and maintaining senior-level client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of business development specialists to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the ASEAN region.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and distributors.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Requirements:
• Eight or more years of field sales and business development management experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
