  • Act as a liaison between the customer service department and various business units.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Audit works submitted by agents to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Fluent, professional English, with the ability to speak another local language.
  • Previous experience working in a contact center, particularly in technical support and e-commerce.
  • Basic understanding of consumer electronics and smart appliances.
