Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to complex cases and complaints.
- Act as a liaison between the customer service department and various business units.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Audit works submitted by agents to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Fluent, professional English, with the ability to speak another local language.
- Previous experience working in a contact center, particularly in technical support and e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of consumer electronics and smart appliances.
