Customer Experience Specialist Role Overview

This role is all about delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries from customers and partners.


We're looking for someone who can efficiently manage a large number of client inquiries professionally and continually assess and suggest improvements to workflows.


Achieving personal and team targets, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), is also a key responsibility.


Additionally, you'll be required to maintain strict integrity and confidentiality standards, safeguarding customer information at all times.


What We're Looking For


We need someone with a Bachelor's Degree in relevant majors, proficiency in written and spoken English, and fluency in Mandarin.


Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to perform well in challenging situations and effectively manage stress.
